Balduino

Balduino is the Spanish and Portuguese form of a Germanic name composed of the elements bald, meaning bold or brave, and win, meaning friend. The name was borne by several medieval rulers and saints, most notably Baldwin I, the first Latin Emperor of Constantinople in the early thirteenth century.
