Celia

Celia is a Latin name derived from the Roman family name Caelium, itself rooted in the Latin word caelum, meaning sky or heaven. It gained wider use as a given name in early modern Europe, partly through its appearance in literary works such as Shakespeare's As You Like It and Edmund Spenser's Faerie Queene. Celia is closely related to Cecilia, which shares partially overlapping etymology through popular association, and also functions as a short form of that name in several Romance-language traditions.
