Juanita

Juanita is a Spanish feminine diminutive of Juana, itself the Spanish form of the Latin Ioanna, which derives from the Hebrew name Yohanan meaning grace of God or God is gracious. The name spread widely across Spanish-speaking countries and became popular in the English-speaking world as well, particularly in the American Southwest.
