Keven

Keven is an anglicized spelling variant of the Irish name Kevin, derived from the Old Irish Caoimhín, itself composed of the elements caomh, meaning gentle or kind, and a diminutive suffix, giving an overall sense of dear or beloved child. The name was borne by Saint Caoimhín of Glendalough, a sixth-century Irish monk whose veneration helped spread the name throughout Ireland and beyond.
