Kristofor

Kristofor is a Croatian and Albanian form of Christopher, derived from the Late Greek name Christophoros, meaning bearer of Christ, from Christos combined with the Greek root pherein, meaning to bear or carry. The name spread throughout the Christian world largely through the legend of Saint Christopher, a martyr said to have carried the Christ child across a river.
