Leanora

Leanora is an English variant of Leonora, itself a form of Eleanor, a name whose ultimate origin is debated but likely traces to the Old French adaptation of the Occitan name Aliénor, possibly derived from a Germanic element meaning foreign or the other. Eleanor gained widespread use across medieval Europe largely through the influence of Eleanor of Aquitaine, the powerful 12th-century queen consort of both France and England.
