Sheelagh

Sheelagh is an Irish form of the Latin name Caecilia, itself derived from the Roman family name Caecilius, which is traditionally linked to the Latin word caecus, meaning blind. The name was popularized in Ireland through the influence of Saint Cecilia, the early Christian martyr and patron saint of music.
