Sofiia

Sofiia is the Ukrainian form of Sophia, derived from the ancient Greek word sophia meaning wisdom. The name gained wide use across the Christian world partly through Saint Sophia, a venerated martyr, and the famous Hagia Sophia basilica in Constantinople, whose name means Holy Wisdom.
