Yvette

Yvette is a French feminine diminutive form of Yvonne, itself derived from the Old French and Germanic element iv, meaning yew. The yew tree held symbolic importance in medieval Europe, associated with both longevity and death, and names built on this root were popular among the Frankish nobility.
