Adrianna

Adrianna is a feminine Latinate form of Adrian, which derives from the Roman family name Hadrianus, meaning "from Hadria," a town in northern Italy after which the Adriatic Sea was also named. The name gained wide use in the Christian world largely through the fame of the Roman emperor Hadrian and several popes who bore the name Adrian. Adrianna is particularly popular in Polish-speaking countries alongside the variant Adriana, and the name appears across many European languages in forms such as Adrienne in French and Adriana in Spanish, Italian, and Portuguese.
