Alisha

Alisha is an English given name that arose as a variant spelling of Alicia, itself the Latinized form of the Germanic name Alice, derived from the Old High German Adalheidis, composed of the elements adal, meaning noble, and heid, meaning kind or type. The name became widely used in English-speaking countries during the twentieth century, partly through its melodic sound and partly as a phonetic rendering of Alicia.
