Annuska

Annuska is a Dutch pet form of Anna, which derives from the Hebrew name Channah, meaning grace or favor. The name Channah was borne by the mother of the prophet Samuel in the Hebrew Bible, and Anna spread widely across Europe through early Christian veneration of Saint Anne, the traditional name of the Virgin Mary's mother.
